Abstrak

Pendidikan kerohanian merupakan kewajipan setiap ibu bapa. Namun, penglibatan aktif wanita moden dalam kerjaya memberi cabaran terhadap perkembangan anak yang sempurna. Oleh kerana itu, pendidikan anak masa kini mestilah mengikut acuan Islam yang sebenar dan disesuaikan dengan realiti semasa untuk mendapat kesan yang optimum. Kajian ini menggunakan reka bentuk kualitatif melalui temu bual mendalam, analisis dokumen yang melibatkan kitab Turath, dan pandangan ulama kontemporari. Temu bual mendalam dijalankan terhadap wanita profesional cemerlang yang berkhidmat di sektor awam dengan gred 54 dan JUSA. Data sokongan temu bual kajian ini melibatkan suami, anak, majikan, dan rakan sekerja bagi mewujudkan triangulasi data. Seterusnya, dapatan kajian dianalisis secara bertema menggunakan perisian Nvivo 7.0. Pola-pola dapatan kajian ini telah menghasilkan satu model pendidikan anak yang sesuai dengan perkembangan semasa. Hasil kajian ini dikemukakan sebagai panduan bagi wanita bekerjaya masa kini, ibu bapa, masyarakat, institusi kerajaan, dan swasta.

Abstract

Spiritual education is the duty of every parent. However, it is a challenge, especially for career women, to raise children perfectly. Therefore, the present child education must adhere to the Islamic rules and must be adapted to the current reality to obtain optimum impact. This study employed the qualitative design through in-depth interviews, analysis of documents involving the book of Turath, and views of contemporary religious scholars. The in-depth interviews were conducted with professional women of higher grade in the public sector, specifically grade 54 and JUSA. Meanwhile, the supporting data of this study, which were retrieved from interviews with husbands, children, employers, and colleagues, led to triangulated data. The findings of the study were analysed thematically using Nvivo 7.0 software. The patterns of these findings had resulted in a model for child education corresponding to the current developments. The results are presented as a guide for the present career women, as well as for those in the higher education institutions, government departments, and private companies.
